What documentation should I prepare?

Ask for the current passport-specific visa and permit checklist, processing sequence and deadlines for your intended route. Do not assume that the same documents or processing arrangements apply to every nationality or that they can be completed after arrival.

What accommodation and meals are included?

Ask for the written hotel or guesthouse standard, room-sharing arrangements and meal plan for each overnight stop. Services are included only as stated in the confirmed quotation; facilities in the remote sections may be basic.

What medical and evacuation support is provided?

Discuss personal suitability with a qualified clinician before booking, and request the departure-specific support and emergency plan in writing. Confirm equipment, trained staff, evacuation access and who pays any rescue costs. Do not assume that evacuation coordination means evacuation expenses are included.

Can I use a porter or pony during the kora?

Ask the operating team about current local availability, restrictions, advance arrangements and separate charges. Personal assistance does not remove altitude risks or guarantee that the full route can be completed.

How much does the journey cost?

Request a written quotation showing the travel dates, passport category, group size, accommodation, transport, permit and visa costs, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and complete cancellation terms. No fixed 2027 price is confirmed on this page.

This page supports early planning. Confirm the operating departure, route, visa and permit readiness, accommodation, transport and written quotation with Zeo Tourism before making non-refundable travel arrangements.

Tell us the nationality of the passport you will use and your country of residence. These are assessed separately; an NRI or overseas-resident label alone does not establish visa or permit eligibility. The applicable process must be confirmed for your passport and route.
