Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, complete immigration, visa and baggage procedures before proceeding to the arrivals area. A Zeo Tourism representative will meet you outside the terminal with your name or company signage and assist you to the private vehicle. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu, a journey that normally takes approximately 20 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and hotel location. After check-in, take time to rest and adjust to Kathmandu's altitude and local time. Later, meet your tour representative for a detailed briefing covering the full route, hotel arrangements, road journeys, included services, daily start times and practical travel information. The remainder of the day is free for rest or a gentle independent walk around the surrounding neighbourhood. No formal sightseeing is scheduled so that you can recover comfortably from your international journey.
